A little about how Eats Deliveries came to be:
When the pandemic hit, I was working in the food service as a Food sales rep. My family has restaurant delivery businesses in other states and my aunt told me about how she thought it would be a great business opportunity. After talking it over an praying about it, I felt that opening one here in Olive Branch was the right thing to do.
What is Eats Deliveries?
Eats Deliveries is a quick and easy way to order food online from your favorite restaurant while supporting local businesses in your area. Whether you are looking for a home cooked meal without all the mess, quick and easy dinner for the family, lunch for the office or snacks at the soccer field for the kids, Eats Deliveries is your local go to.
Should I tip my driver?
Absolutely!! Our drivers are paid by tips just like any other delivery service or waitstaff. Please consider their hard work to deliver your food promptly and professionally when you tip them.
When do I get my food?
Our delivery goal is 45-60 minutes. But busy restaurants, large or special orders, traffic and delivery distance also play a part in that time frame we have and can slow us down. Please be extra patient with our drivers during weather conditions that may make the trip to your home harder on them.
Can I order from two restaurants?
Yes, you can order from two separate restaurant's and have them both delivered to you. You will need to place an order for each restaurant.
How far do you deliver?
We will deliver up to 20 miles away from the restaurant you order from.
What if I am outside the delivery area?
Call us or text 662-892-3724 so we can see where your home is located and how we can deliver your meal to you!
How are Delivery Fees Calculated?
Delivery Fees are based on Mileage from the restaurant ordered to your delivery location. They may need to be adjusted after ordering due to google maps not accurately pulling your delivery address.
What if I want to add something to my order?
We can take care of that for you as long as your order is still at the restaurant. Please give us a call or text 662-892-3724 asap to let us know about order changes.
What if my order is wrong?
Call us or text 662-892-3724 right away!! We will work with the restaurant and fix and or redeliver your order to you. That is one of the great things about ordering from a local delivery company like us... customer service you can count on!
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been sent to the restaurant and they have accepted it we are not able to cancel but we may be able to make adjustments for you. Please give us a call or text 662-892-3724 and we will be happy to assist you.
Why is the price on an item changed after ordering?
If the restaurant tells us there is a price change or an adjustment due or if there are any add ons or changes you requested in the notes, we will adjust your pricing based off the price the restaurant gives us.
Why is my address blocked?
You may not be in the delivery area or the navigation portion of our site is not pulling you up. Please give us a callor text 662-892-3724 so we can help you in placing your order.
What if my favorite restaurant isn't listed?
Please give us a call or text 662-892-3724 and we will be happy to see if we can get you an order delivered. We will also work on making them a partner with us so you will be able to order from that restaurant in the future.
